All fees are given as a guide only.
They are based on the well maintained records being kept. This is not a requirement and we are more than happy to assist or complete on your behalf, but the costs will increase.
Limited Company Accounts
· Micro Accounts - £850
· Small Company Accounts - £1250
· Corporation tax return - £165
· Company Annual Return - £50 plus filing fee
Self Assessment
· Basic Sole Trade Accounts – from £250 per business
· Larger Sole Trade Accounts with receipts, invoices and bank statements for us to put together – from £750
· Basic Self Assessment Tax Return – from £150
Basic return – PAYE income, dividend income and pensions.
· Property rental – from £75 per property
(this is in addition to the standard £150 self assessment fee)
Payroll – per payrun
· £25 for first employee, £5 for each employee afterwards
· £5 per leaver/starter
Includes HMRC and pension submissions.
VAT
· Simple VAT return for businesses with under £200,000 turnover.
Does not include partial exemption calculations from £200 per return.
Bookkeeping
We are very happy to teach you or your staff how to keep the records required, or if you prefer we can keep the records for you.
· Regular bookkeeping - £35 per hour
· Bookkeeping training - £75 per hour
System review and recommendations - £75 per hour
Management accounts, Cashflow forecasts and Business Plans are all available but these vary depending on your requirements.
